People most times get stuck when they encounter files with unknown extensions. They may not know an appropriate application to use to open the file and windows/Mac OS does not have a feature to suggest an appropriate application that can be used for previewing files with unknown extensions.

The other day I came a need not know how to solve. I needed to share the address book that was created in Microsoft Outlook with Outlook Express .
